Use this kit to create some adorable decor!
Your unfinished kit will arrive ready for you to paint and assemble. It could not be easier. When your set arrives, you can use the included instructions or watch the instructional video on YouTube.
Then you can get as crafty as you want.
The Honey Bee DIY Décor Kit is an affordable set to finish – as you basically need a few colors of paint and some glue. I have a some suggested paints and glue linked below, but you can use whatever you have on hand.
This Kit includes 6 unfinished items (see measurements of each item below) made of high quality 1/8″ MDF. The beads in the garland project are a mix of unfinished, white, black and yellow colors.

SUGGESTED PRODUCTS TO USE
We used Waverly chalk paint from Walmart, but any brand of chalk paint, paint markers or craft paint will work.
We used gel super glue from the Dollar Tree to adhere all the pieces.
You will also need some foam makeup sponges or foam brushes to paint it all, and some toothpicks and wet paper towels for cleanup.

This Kit Contains 6 DIY Projects
1 - FAUX SHIPLAP BEE SIGN
This sign is approximately 5″ X 5.5″. It has a faux shiplap backer and an adorable honey bee. There is also a two peice stand included with this hexagon shaped sign.
2- HONEY POT
This mini honey pot features a honey drip and the word “honey”. Add a couple of bees from the bonus decor pack and attach the stand to the back and your honey pot will stand up on your tiered tray shelf. This piece measures 4.5″ x 3.5″
3 - BEE HIVE
This piece is approximately 4″ wide x 5.75″ tall. It includes a stand and 2 mini adhesive bees from our bonus decor pack.
This gnome is about 7″ tall by 3″ wide. His hands are raised and so he can hold the little bee. You can add an adhesive bee from the bonus decor pack. It also includes a pre-made mini honey pot for him to hold. This piece also includes a stand.
5 - BEE WOOD BEAD GARLAND
This garland kit includes a teardrop base on one end with a pre-made tassel on the other end. Each kit comes with two large log beads and an assortment of 30 coordinating beads, along with string and ribbon. Your bead selection may vary slightly from the beads pictured.
6 - Bonus Decor Project
A bonus decor pack is included with each kit. The pre finished mini honey pot is for the Gnome to hold. The pre finished adhesive beads can go on the honey pot, bee hive and gnome hat. It also includes a honey dipper and some bee silhouettes. We wrapped the extra string from the garland around the top of the honey dipper. We then painted the bee silhouettes in yellow and black and glue them to the handle of the honey dipper.
