The Patriotic DIY Décor Kit is an affordable set to finish – as you basically need a few colors of paint and some glue. I have a some suggested paints and glue linked below, but you can use whatever you have on hand.
This Kit includes 5 unfinished items (see measurements of each item below) made of high quality 1/8″ MDF. The beads in the garland project are a mix of patriotic red, white & blue colors. Each kit also includes a bonus decor pack with some pre-painted pieces, as well as a pack of unpainted stars for you to use as you wish with your projects.

We used Waverly chalk paint from Walmart, but any brand of chalk paint, paint markers or craft paint will work.
We used gel super glue from the Dollar Tree to adhere all the pieces. You can also use wood glue if you want more time to work with the piece before it sets up.
You will also need some foam makeup sponges or foam brushes to paint it all, and some toothpicks and wet paper towels for cleanup.

This Kit Contains 5 DIY Projects
1 - ROUND FIREWORKS SIGN
This sign is approximately 5.25 round. It sports two rockets and a starburst design and a frame. There is also a two peice stand included with this project.
2- USA MINI SIGN
This mini sign features a backer and the letters USA adorned with stars and stripes. This piece measures 2″ tall” x 5.75″ wide. It comes with a small block that you attach to the back and serves as a stand for easy display.
3 - PATRIOTIC RED TRUCK
This piece is approximately 3.75″ tall x 5.75″ wide. It includes a stand and the bed of the truck will accomodate the stars included or the rockets from the bonus decor pack.
4 - Stars & Stripes Pendent Banner
This banner kit includes 5 bases with 3 star and two striped overlays. It also includes string and 6 beads. Your bead selection may vary slightly from the beads pictured. Hang this at the top of your dislay for that perfect patriotic touch. The finished banner is about 14″ wide x 2″ tall.
This gnome is about 6″ tall by 3″ wide & is reversible! One side has a stary hat and the other side he is sporting stripes. There is a hole at the top where you will attach a beaded garland that you will make with the painted beads and patriotic tassles. The end result is a versitile piece that is stunning!
BONUS DECOR PACK
Every kit includes a pack of bonus accent pieces. Use the Stars to adorn the frames on your signs.
The rockets fit perfectly into the back of your patriotic truck!
